Q: Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! We also provide the correct voltage and power cords according to location.
Q: How much is average shipping costs?
Shipping cost is dictated upon location but we try and keep shipping as low as possible. We understand that when ordering online most companies will throw in huge shipping costs at the end, we like the customer to know the approximate total cost well before checking out so you can find out the amount right on the cart page. Most orders will range $20-$30 and remember $500+ is Free!
Q: How long is average shipping time?
After an order is placed it is processed within 48 hours and average shipping times are as follows:
- North America: 4-6 business days.
- Worldwide: 5-7 business days.
Remember, the above times are simply an approximation and shipping can be both shorter and longer depending on shipping conditions and location.
Q: Can I get faster shipping/if requested are you able to get it to me by a specific date?
At this time we do only offer one shipping style for all orders, this allows us to keep shipping costs low while at the same time providing a fast and efficient method. If you do have a deadline you are looking to get a specific order by, contact us or include it in your orders notes and we will do everything we can to get it there before the specified date but cannot offer any guarantees and cannot be held responsible for a late or delayed arrival.
Q: What is your warranty policy?
All lasers come with a free one year warranty for parts/repairs. For our full detailed warranty terms and conditions please see the link at the bottom of the page. For any further warranty concerns please contact support with any questions.
Q: Why do you not have a phone number listed on your site?
Since we are in the stage lighting business we are constantly doing demos throughout the day and because of that we are not always available to take phone calls. For this reason contacting us through the site is definitely the fastest and easiest way. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: Do you provide discounts for multiple/bulk purchases?
Of course, we have many forms of discounts available. First we suggest you check out our package deal section for large discounts on prearranged laser combinations, you’ll find handpicked assortments of lasers ranging from beginner all the way to professional. Buying a large amount of lasers can also entitle a discount, as well if you want to switch out some lasers or add some to a package deal just contact us and we can always make something work out.
Q: Do you have a wholesale/affiliate program?
Yes, for all details and information involving reselling or becoming an affiliate please contact us through our contact page and we’ll be sure to get back to you as soon as we can. We’re always looking for partners around the globe to work with and build long term business relationships.
Q: What is the difference between the regular and upgraded units? Do they perform differently?
The only difference between the regular and upgraded units is simply a higher power (mW) of the colors involved which results in bolder colors and a clearer appearance which is of course recommended if using the lasers in larger areas. All dual/quad lasers no matter the color or strength (regular or upgraded) are all able to perform the same diverse patterns of mixing and blending. Because of this unique similarity you are able to connect any and all dual/quad units together which allows you to create large synced laser shows in which you can use a combination of colors and strengths.
Q: Do you have to use DMX with the lasers? What are the capabilities and benefits of DMX?
DMX is definitely not necessary to use the lasers and all videos and any demos on the site are actually filmed in a sound active/automatic mode to show you just how amazing the capabilities & all the patterns displayed even without control. In fact, some of our best shows in the past involving quads and duals we simply used DMX to link the units together and kept them in a sound active/automatic mode. It is extremely easy to set up and still gives off an amazing professional laser show (when linked together all units will perform the same patterns for a perfectly synced laser show).
There are of course several benefits to DMX control for those who like to have some control over their lighting. You can dictate the mode, pattern displayed (dynamic + static), the position, scanning speed & size of the pattern. Though it would be a lot of work to set up a full show it’s great for people who want to do very specific things during shows such as holding a straight line position above the crowd to display the extremely popular “liquid sky” effect and the like. However again, the built in modes are also there and display complex laser shows ready to go, but if you’re someone who wants to do something specific or have a large amount of units together there are definitely benefits. If looking for lasers with a maximum level of control we highly suggest looking into animation lasers and industry leading software such as Pangolin Quickshow. With it the control is unlimited. Dictation of color, speed, size, patterns and even the creation of complex full color animations are all extremely possible.
Q: Do you have any unlisted lasers? Do you make custom products?
We have done many custom requests in the past and can we happily give you a quote on a custom unit. Whether it be a quad with specific colors, custom effects etc. Just contact us and we’ll let you know what we can do.
